Many of our lives are cerebrally based and it can often seem difficult to literally get out of your head. The Hatha & Vinyasa Flow style yoga I teach is a form of moving meditation to promote physical and mental strength in peace, clarity in trust, focus within, flexibility in acceptance, and endurance in moving one beyond the limitation of the mind. Trained by a spiritually based team infusing yoga asanas or poses as a form of moving mediation, I aim to guide each client to a pathway of creating their own spiritual environment by nurturing success in oneself, everywhere, everyday and in everything.
